This privacy policy is effective from July 1, 2023 and will be regularly updated to reflect the changes of the modes with which TALENCE is your personal data or any changes in applicable law. This page provides all the necessary information on the way in which TALENCE protect your personal data and what your rights are in relation to these data.

TALENCE attaches great importance to the right to privacy and protection of personal data of users. We wish that in the interaction with the Study you to feel secure with regard to the protection of your personal data.

You will not be subject to adverse consequences if you do not wish to provide your personal data. However, if you do not provide certain information, we will not be able to realize some or all of the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, and we may not be able to use certain tools and systems which require the use of such personal data.

If provided to TALENCE the personal data of another person (for example, a potential employee/representative), you will be responsible for ensuring that such person is aware of the information contained in this privacy statement and who has provided consent for the sharing of the information with TALENCE.

The above categories of personal information have been obtained directly from you (for example, when you provide information to sign up for a newsletter or register to comment on a forum) or indirectly, by certain third parties (for example, through the technology of our website). TALENCE you will not use your personal data for purposes incompatible with the purpose for which you have been informed, unless such use is required or authorised by law, or it is in your own vital interest (e.g. in case of a medical emergency).

We do not transfer your personal data to our service providers, and consultants, for public and government authorities, or to third parties that are linked to a (potential) corporate transaction or business.

In general, the TALENCE try not to collect sensitive data (also known as special categories of personal data) through this website or in any other way. In the rare cases where we will try to do so, this will be in accordance with the requirements of the law on the protection of the confidentiality of data and/or we will ask for your consent.

How do we use your personal data when you visit the site?

TALENCE collects information from its websites in two ways:

  • indirectly (e.g., through the technology of our website).

TALENCE does not accept any responsibility or liability for these sites or third-party programs.

TALENCE uses the personal data for the purposes described in the previous section, and to provide you with the information you request, to process online applications, and for other purposes that we describe at the point where such data will be collected. For example:

  • fulfill your requests for white papers, articles, newsletters or other content.
  • surveys or questionnaires search.
  • to customize your experience on our site.
  • contact you for marketing purposes, where you have manifested your consent.

We analyze the information related to the IP address and the browser to determine what our system produces the best effect, and to identify ways to make it even better and more efficient.

How do we use your personal data for marketing purposes?

Most of the personal data TALENCE collect and use for marketing purposes refers to individual employees of our clients and other companies with whom we have a commercial relationship.

We may also obtain contact information from public sources, including the content disclosed on the websites of social media, to establish a first contact with a particular person at a customer or another company.

CREMETE you can send e-mails to persons at our customers or other companies with which we intend to develop or maintain a business relationship in accordance with the applicable laws on the marketing. These targeted emails typically include web beacons, cookies, and similar technologies that allow us to know if the user opens, law, or delete the message and which links you open. When the user clicks on a link in a marketing email received from CREMETEwe will use a cookie to record the pages that are displayed, and the downloaded content from our sites, even if the user is not registered on our website.

Any and targeted emails that are sent from the CREMETE may include additional information on the confidentiality of data, as required by the applicable laws.

Like most companies, even CREMETE you can use the technology, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage and monitor their marketing initiatives. Our database of the CRM may include personal data belonging to individuals at our clients and other companies with which they are already established, we intend to develop business relationships.

The personal data used for these purposes include commercial information useful, such as contact data, and information available to the public (for example: membership of a board of directors, published articles, press releases, public posts on social media, if relevant for the purposes of a business), responses to targeted email (including web activity following links from our e-mail address), the activity of the registered users on our website and other business information included by the professionals CREMETE on the basis of their personal interactions with the users. These data are associated to better understand your experience with TALENCE and to perform the other activities described in this privacy policy.

TALENCE do not share your personal data with marketing agencies.

You can exercise your right to prevent the forwarding of marketing communications from us by selecting certain boxes on forms that TALENCE use to collect your personal data, or by using the mechanisms of waiver (opt-out) that are shown in the e-mail that we send you.

You can also exercise the right to stop receiving marketing communications from us or request that your personal data will be deleted from our database, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) TALENCE in any time contacting us. In these cases, TALENCE retain the minimum amount of personal information needed to register your waiver and avoid contacting you again.
