Eng. Imma Orilio – Chief Executive Officer

Work experience

The professional history of the eng. Imma Orilio is a natural evolution of an innate eclecticism. Born as a researcher of the Italian Aerospace Research Center where it lands with a bachelor's degree cum laude in aeronautical engineering and a specialization in composite materials and Non-Destructive Controls. After 11 years of research began his managerial career in DEMA, a company in the sector of the production aircraft, and then, in 2006, she came to a public office, a Health company where it would hold for 10 years, the role of expert technological innovation and the IOC.

It is here that he begins his journey in the field of cybersecurity undertaking a project of conversion of the EDC, the company developed in 2009, according to the principles of privacy by design and by default, the virtualization and developing an information system, which in 2013 is called “cloud-ready”.

Today he founded the startup Talence gathering professionals of high and recognized experience that focuses on strategic consulting, organizational, artificial intelligence and the technological targets both the public and private health care than in the general environments industrial production.

In the course of my successful professional career I developed different skills, in particular:

Eng. Andrea Cuccarini – Chief Technical Officer

Work experience

As Technical director Talence Srl I follow the strategies of the technical development of the company, products in development, and coordinate technical implementation projects.

I have worked previously with a number of Companies (P4I, Cremete, etc.) for guidance and consulting riguardanti: posizionamento sul mercato, reingegnerizzazione dei processi, assessment ed architetture ICT, software selection, program & project management, piani strategici ICT e business plan. Fornisco consulenza anche per la stesura di offerte tecniche e progetti ICT innovativi.

From September 2001 to September 2014, I was in KPMG as a Partner, responsible for the System Integration in the market segments: Public Administration at Central and Peripheral (Ministries, Government Agencies, Regions, Municipalities, etc.) and Health.

Professional skills

The relevant competences obtained allow me, even on a new complex customer, you can quickly:

  • to understand the overall functioning of the company: strategy, organization, processes, information systems, ICT infrastructure (assessment);
